Shipping policy

At Solrenity, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, Solrenity is no longer responsible for the package. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier upon shipment confirmation.

Solrenity is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Carrier errors or service interruptions
  • Weather-related delays

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Solrenity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or stolen after shipment, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information. Solrenity will not replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Shipments

Any issues with damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.

International Shipping

Solrenity currently ships within the United States only.
