Return & Refund Policy

At Solrenity, all products are carefully formulated and packaged to meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of personal care products, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Solrenity are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, scent preferences, texture concerns, or changes of mind.

2. Limited Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy apply if:

  • You receive an incorrect item

No other exceptions will be granted.

3. Reporting Requirements

To qualify for review under the limited exceptions above, customers must:

  • Contact Solrenity within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide the order number
  • Submit clear photographic evidence of the issue, including original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours will be automatically denied.

4. Resolution at Solrenity’s Discretion

Approved claims will be resolved at Solrenity’s sole discretion through one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item, or
  • Store credit

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied even if a claim is approved.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping fees, handling fees, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Refused, Lost, or Undeliverable Orders

Solrenity is not responsible for:

  • Packages refused by the customer
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier

Such orders are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Solrenity directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and permanent refusal of future service.

8. Product Use Disclaimer

Results may vary. Solrenity does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of its products. Customers assume all responsibility for product use, including conducting patch tests prior to full application.

9. Policy Modifications

Solrenity reserves the right to modify or terminate this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
